It was all joy during the dedication of Primary Seven candidates at Katumba Lutheran Nursery and Primary school in Pakanyi Sub county, Masindi district.
The dedication service was led by Rev. Raymond Kaija the Dean Mid Western Deanery and assisted by other Lutheran Pastors from the same Deanery.
At least 15 candidates are scheduled to sit for year’s Primary Leaving Examinations (PLE).
