The LCU has established heath centers to provide affordable health services especially to the poor. The Church has also arranged medical camps conducted by Mercy Medical Team, based in the USA, to bring health services nearer to the people. A number of medical camps have been held in Lira, Busia, Amudat Nakapiripiriti and Masindi districts.
