LCU Celebrates Matrimonial Wedding and Ordination of Rev. Torry Bosco in a Divine Service
Magamaga, Uganda – The Lutheran Church of Uganda witnessed a joyous and momentous occasion on Saturday, December 9th, 2023, as Rev Torry Bosco and his dear wife Mariam Mutesi entered into the holy bond of matrimony during a divine service held at Our Savior Lutheran Church, Magamaga – Mayuge before Rev. Bosco was ordained into the Public Ministry.
Their wedding was presided over by Rev Peter Maganda the Dean Eastern Deanery assisted by Rev Anthony Oteesa.
Following the matrimonial wedding and ordination of Rev. Bosco into the Public Ministry of the LCU in the event presided over by Bishop Charles I Bameka, the National Presiding Bishop. The ordination ceremony was a solemn and insightful moment.
The divine service was attended by family, friends, fellow clergy members, and congregants from various churches of the Lutheran Church of Uganda. They gathered to witness and celebrate this union of love and the ordination of a dedicated servant of God. The atmosphere was filled with joy, love, and a sense of anticipation for the future ministry of Rev. Bosco.
