Magamaga, Mayuge. The serene campus of the Lutheran Theological College  Uganda (LTCU) in Magamaga, Mayuge District,  on 18th, Feb 2024, was abuzz with joy and anticipation after 8 men who completed 4 years of  seminary training received  Diplomas in Theology.

The graduation ceremony, held at the Seminary Chapel Magamaga, was graced by the National Presiding Bishop, Rev. Charles I. Bameka.

The LTCU Seminary, nestled amidst lush greenery, has been a nurturing ground for these seminarians;and over the years, they have delved deep into theological studies, honing their understanding of scripture, pastoral care, and ministry.

The Graduands are Ivan Kasiko, Mukisa Alex, Kiplangat Moses, Wambi Charles, Mugere Joel, David Goowa, Alinaitwe James and Polycup Asiimwe.

In his sermon, Bishop Charles I. Bameka emphasized the sacred responsibility that awaits these graduates. He urged them to continue growing in faith, humility, and servant leadership. “Your journey has just begun,” he said, “and the world needs your unwavering commitment to God’s work and setvice.”

The LCU was very thankful to Our Savior Lutheran Church, McKinney Texas with whom we have partnered to develop the Seminary and implement Theological Training.
