Connect to Uganda Mission Team from the United States embarked on a transformative visit to the Lutheran Church of Uganda (LCU) community in Kamuli District for their 2024 March Visit to Uganda.
The team was welcomed by eager faces—children at Bubago Lutheran School, whose lives have been touched by the LCU’s partnership with Connect to Uganda.
Over the past 7 days, the Team has been engaged in distribution of gifts and educational packets and each child received a carefully prepared package containing school supplies, hygiene essentials, and heartfelt letters from their sponsors. They were also engaged in visiting the homes of sponsored kids, dedication of a school block and graduation of Women of the Far Away Friends, a group brought together for skilling.
