Every 2yrs the LCU Holds a patners Conferenece with patners from USA.
This time, the conference was held in Misouri at Concodia – Lutheran Churcth St Louise, Misouri, USA.
The LCU was represented by Bishop Charles Bameka, the Presiding Bishop, Rev Raymon Kaija the Head of commission on Theology, Rev James Odoo Okello the Secretary NSBT and Fred Magezi the head of laity.
A number of partners attended the conference include, Hearts & Hope for Uganda, Christ Community International, Women and Pearl, Our Savior Lutheran Church, Resurraction Lutheran Church, Connect to Uganda, Lutheran Church of Misouri LCMS, The Vestavia Hills Lutheran Church, Lutheran lay Renewal, lights for Uganda, Stephens Ministry, Evangelical Lutheran Church of Brazir, Concodia Lutheran Church etc.
The LCU representantives also Visited other individual partners including; Our Savior Lutheran Church, Stephens Ministry, Women of the Pearl, Chirst Cominity International, Hearts and Hope for Uganda, Connenct to Uganda and other Individual interests.
The main issues during the Conference were urban Ministry, Seminary training, LCU Eduaction, Continuing LCU Capacity Building and Structual Development.
