Bishop Charles I. Bameka and Mr. Stephen Maxwell attended the Christ Community International (CCI) Board meeting on 22nd August, which reviewed the progress of the Kawete Secondary School construction, the possible Star-Limk Internet connection at both Kawete and Lutheran Theological College Campuses and the upcoming Mission Trip March 2025 with possible dedication of the Secondary School.
They worshiped at Concordia Lutheran Church 25th, where Bishop Charles preached the sermon 3 times with Pastor David Meggers at Concordia Lutheran Church. Augyst and had dinner with the CCI Mission Team members from the July 2024 mission trip to Uganda. On Tuesday the 27th, Bishop Charles proclaimed the message during the Chapel meeting of all students at the St. Louis, Lutheran High School South. Afterward, he attended a lunch meeting with the CCI Director, the Principal of the school, and Pastor Joe, strategizing how the US and Ugandan students could maintain contact with each other to offer encouragement.
